TYYNE counselling service is provided by Pohjois-Karjalan Työttömät ry. We are an organization that takes part in protecting the rights of unemployed people both in the region of North Karelia and nationwide.

Our service is free and confidential. This means that your information is only shared with trusted partners when necessary. TYYNE is not an official authority. We do not share your information with the authorities without your permission or a legal reason.
You can get counselling by phone, e-mail, video call or in person, depending on what works best for you. Meetings can be arranged at our Joensuu office or at your own municipality in North Karelia.
